We are renting out two rooms in our spacious historic Andover home. In addition to your bedroom, you have access to the large eat in kitchen, outdoor seating, and a large sunny 3 season porch.

We are renting two rooms in our house. You can rent one for $750 for the month or two for $1450. If you rent two then one can be a tv/study room, while the other is your bedroom. If you rent both rooms then you will have your own bathroom, but if you rent one, then you will share a bathroom with the individual renting the other bedroom.

The rent includes heat, hot water, electricity, & internet. There is an additional charge of $50 for months that an air conditioner is used in the rented room.

The house is a little over a mile from the Andover train station, which is a 45 minute ride to downtown Boston’s North Station. We are also located close to a great system of hiking & running trails, and close to the brewery in Andover and downtown Andover’s restaurants and shops, and Philips Andover Academy.

This is a great set up if you are interested in renting one room or a couple looking to save money, while living in a great place.

We do have 3 dogs, which are all super friendly and sweet. They will not have access to the rooms that we are renting.
