Hey! This is Helen. I like to keep my house quiet and clean and hope to have roommates with similar mindset. The room is fully furnished and all utilities and internet are included to the rent, as well as access to all house amenities (kitchen and washer dryer). Up-lift bed will provide room for extra storage and the room has a walk in closeth. Rent is $900 per month and deposit is 1 month rent, $900. Room is available for move in on June 1st. No pets.
