Hi, I would like to rent out my large spare furnished bedroom. The neighborhood is beautiful and extremely friendly. There is a large backyard with two patios. There is also a patio on the front of the house with a firepit. Plenty of street parking. Drugs and marijuana are not tolerated. Also no extra roommates that decide to live there for free. The house is a two story with a basement. The photos do not do this room justice. Its a beautiful home and room.
I am very clean and expect the same. It is just me and two friendly dogs but do not need anymore please. I have a full gym in my basement that can take the place of a regular gym. It your regular home gym. I keep to myself and am very, friendly and quiet. I have Christian values and believe in our lord and savior. You do not have to worry about your safety in my home.
