I have a single-family 4 BR home in Palmer, MA and am looking for a kind, responsible woman or enby to sublet for a flexible period, or to stay as a longer-term roommate. (I occupy one BR on the first floor.)

Includes plenty of basement storage. Kitchen, LR and DR (already furnished), as well as front porch, backyard and driveway (all spacious) would be shared. Pets negotiable.

I currently have two tenants on the second floor. There is one full bathroom downstairs and one bathroom upstairs with a clawfoot tub. Your room would be on the first floor. We currently have no pets.

Rent includes parking, heat, water, electric, wifi and free laundry in bsmt. Either shorter-term at-will lease (duration negotiable) or longer-term lease as roommate. First month’s rent and $500 security deposit required for move-in. Available May 1st.

I prefer to live with women or transfolk, non-cigarette-smokers, and either vegetarians/pescatarians or those who don’t eat meat frequently. (Some of these may be negotiable, depending on circumstances.) I’m a white queer vegetarian cis-F in my 50s, artist/musician employed FT at MIT (in office 3 days/week). I medicate w/cannabis (outside) and I love to cook. I’m a progressive co-conspirator/ally to transfolk, BIPOC, religious/ethnic minorities, etc and get along w/all ages. I’m chill, an open and proactive communicator, friendly, respectful, responsible, and have good boundaries and seek someone with these qualities. Thanks for reading!
