I’m looking for someone to take my current roommate’s room. My current lease is month to month, so move in/out dates can be somewhat flexible.
The place I’m in currently is a large house converted into three separate apartments. I live on the main level (and largest sqft), with sweet upstairs neighbors. 2 bed, 1 bath, sunroom, dinning room, living room, mud room, washer/dryer and central heat/air. Lots of storage space. It’s older, so lots of “charm” but also some quirks. The house is largely furnished (besides your room) but I’m open to adding your items into the common areas if we have similar taste.
I have a cat, she’s very sweet and respectful, but enjoys living alone so I’m only looking for folks without pets.
I’m sober & non-smoker. I’m an artist and work at a nonprofit art gallery. In my free time I’m cooking, doing yoga, working out, and getting outside in nature. I keep my space very clean, I expect my roommate to do the same, especially in common areas. Please be reliable and have good hygiene.
