Thank you for your interest in our room rental. Please note that this is a shared living space with housemates, so we kindly ask for no smoking inside the unit.

The house is 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. Has a room in basement plus another kitchen in basement. Plenty of parking areas.

The room has its own control for heating and cooling (HVAC)

The unit features locks on bedroom doors for added privacy, as well as keyless entry for both the front door and bedroom. You will have access to common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

Some key features of the unit include a fully remodeled space, a laundry room with washer and dryer included, WiFi, and full furnishings including a bed, mattress, and utilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials such as a coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, cups, and silverware.

I also have a cleaning service comes in every 6-8 weeks to clean the common areas.
