Room for rent (Private room). Utilities are included in rent. Property located in St. George, UT. In unit washer and dryer. We also have a variety of amenities here including a gym, pool, spa, and probably some others that I’m not aware of. There is also a reserved parking spot right outside the house that I’ve saved for a second vehicle.

I’m a 25 year old male that has a passion for gaming, computers, and guitar. I’ve got a room that I’m looking to rent out. Utilities and internet included. Willing to house both male and female tenants. Given that I am a male, male tenant would be preferred but I’m open to renting to women as well. Be aware that smoking is a no go. I’m an ex smoker and I don’t want it near my house. If you are a smoker I may be willing to make an exception for the right person.
