The room is very private and at the opposite end of the house. The atmosphere is very friendly, clean, cozy and quiet. Rent includes, parking, internet, cable, utilities and house keeping twice a month. Students welcome and 2nd bedroom. Fully trained small dogs under 15lbs considered. 🐾
