To move in you will need -first month rent -security deposit (1 month) -brokers fee (1 month)
You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, ID etc.
All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 36k-48k minimum yearly income) and credit minimum of 650!!
WE ACCEPT GUARANTORS!! (guarantors need to earn 80x rent and credit 660 or higher)
Rooms breakdown based on size: 1st Room- $900 2nd Room-$950 3rd Rooms-$1100 4th Rooms-$1200
The rent is cheap considering the location and the apartment is gorgeous!!
