Hi everyone,
My name is James, I’m a 26 year old young professional from Los Angeles and am searching for someone to take over my lease for 6mo. as I’ll be attending law school out of state.
A bit about the apartment, its in an unbeatable location in the heart of Venice and walking distance from multiple popular bars, restaurants & coffee shops. This lease is for a private bedroom & bathroom in a multi-family apartment complex that houses young professionals between the ages of 25-32. Unit has air-conditioning and on-property parking.
We’d love to meet you, allow you to tour the apartment & ask us any questions you may have. The move-in date is going to be May 1st and extends to October 1st (month-to-month after).
