1 large room (15ft by 11ft) & huge closet available, shared bathroom with 1-2 other ladies. The house used to be a family house but now I am renting it out. The house has 2 fireplaces (one in basement & main floor), huge backyard, kitchen, washer and dryer in the basement and security system. The bedroom will be available come January 1, 2026. Will be furnished with a bed, desk and chair and dresser. Utilities are not included in the rent and cleaning responsibilities will shared between all roommates. If needed a place only per semester we can workout a contract by semster/month to month/etc. We will complete a background check prior and ask for reference. Looking for college students/young professionals. ***Unfortunately no other animals are allowed. Open to viewing. This room is available January 1st.

I work for a community organization and work hybrid days and am in my late 20s, I have a border Collie lab named Luna, she is great. I also often have my parents puppy during the week/end. my work hours are flexible but will be gone majority mid mornings. My parents (landlords live 3-5 mins away, and will occasionally stop by for dinner, or to let the dogs out during the work day, they have a dog that may come over from time to time if they need her watched, my brother may as well stop by to let out the dog) you will be notified if they are stopping by. The house is only 5 mins walking from edge of ISU campus, 5-10min drive to uptown. And a grocery store is only 5 mins driving.
