About the room
Looking for two roommates who are clean and have either a stable job/income or are college students who are financially responsible.
Bedroom 1 is on the first floor. Bedroom has its own closet and a private bathroom right next door. It is only bedroom on first floor so it is very private. Looking to rent out for $1200 a month
Bedroom 2 is on the third floor. It is a more spacious bedroom with its own closet and private attached bathroom. Looking to rent out for $1300 a month.

Townhouse is right off of Route 50, Close to SR 28 and 66 highway. Close to big companies such as Raytheon, Boeing, Airbus, T-Mobile, etc that are based out of Chantilly.
About the roomies
Iām a full-time cybersecurity professional with a hybrid work schedule, heading to the office twice a week. When Iām not working, Iām all about sports, especially basketball, which I play regularly with a group during the week.
