This is my personal residence. I am active military looking for professionals and students alike who can keep a clean, comfortable and safe environment for all. I want adult roommates who will conduct themselves as such. Over all laid back, I do own a dog that is crate trained and is obedient. Common areas will be maintained by the collective household. I have 2 rooms available. The house is 5 minutes from Canopy and Yadkin gates and 5 minutes from the outlets stores and Cross creek mall.

There is currently 1 roommate who is renting long term. Male, very quiet, respectful, introvert type. Enjoys games on his PC, has a cat that stays in his room and keeps clean.

I have two additional rooms available. Both are unfurnished. 1 is $650 to rent and the other is $500 as it is just a bit smaller. Utilities are not included.

I am also renting out the master bedroom I sleep in for $950. It will be furnished and have your own bathroom. Please reach out to me for more information.
