We have a room for rent in a 3 bed 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood in southwest Bakersfield. The bedroom is unfurnished. You would have a shared bathroom with 1 other housemate (male). Rent is $650 a month. Utilities aren’t included in rent and range from $100-200 a month depending on the season. Street parking is available. We have a small yard. Proof of income is required.
