About the room
Hey folks! Looking for a 3rd housemate (female/mid-20s+). I’m the homeowner and this is a private landlord situation. Ideal for grad students, medical residents, young professionals, etc. Dug/smoke free. LGBTQ+ friendly.
House is a 3 bed/2 bath and the room shares a bathroom with one other. We’re centrally located off the Santa Fe I-25 exit in the Athmar Park neighborhood, 10-15 min. from most everything in the central metro area. We like to keep common spaces clean and ask that you do the same. We typically keep things low key at home with a few friends or socialize outside the house. I have 2 dogs (see photo), so looking for someone who likes/loves dogs and has lived with pets before. Unfortunately, we can’t add any more animals to the house.

About the roomies
I work for Children’s Hospital Colorado and work from home the majority of the week. I have 2 cattle dog mixes, so looking for someone who likes/loves dogs and has lived with pets before. Unfortunately, we can’t add any more animals to the house. My housemate, Kelly, is from CA originally and works for Arapahoe County. Otherwise we enjoy outdoor activities, good food, getting into the mountains when we can, watching movies/TV, and playing games. Pictures included. Message for more info. Serious inquiries only.
