Large, airy, bright and freshly painted room available to the right roomie and in a move-in condition. The room comes with its own bathroom. The house is a historic single-family home in the heart of Reston, VA. It is 150 yo (first house ever built in Reston!) and is full of character and charm! Very private and walking distance to restaurants, downtown Town Center, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. It has its own private driveway. The house sits on a .25-acre lot surrounded by trees for absolute privacy. There is a front porch and a back porch for hanging out. I have a German Shepard (1 yo) who is very sweet and lovable. It is located on the second floor. There is a large country kitchen which is shared by all roommates and very welcoming. It is well-equipped, and with tons of cabinet space. The rent is $1200 per month + 1/3 of utilities.
