This room is within a 3 bedroom house with 1.5 baths, but It’s just me at the moment. Very nice kitchen and living space. Carport, driveway, and free street parking avalaible. Laundry facility in outside laundry room at no extra cost. I like my neighbors and the area is close to everything you need. The furniture in the room can be used by you or I can take it out.
About the roomies
No roommates currently, looking for a female roommate or a couple. $600 is everything included! (Internet, utilities, lawn care, pest control, ect!) We can also split groceries if you’d like. Some things I don’t tolerate: drama, not cleaning up after yourself, or being disrespectful. That’s about it honestly ! Feel free to message me, the room is ready!
