About the room

I am a Registered Nurse. I live alone in a beautiful 3000+ square foot home on over an acre. There are 3 full baths on second floor and 1/2 bath on first floor. Plenty of storage in my guest house and 2 story 4-6 car garage if that is something you’ll be needing. (Yes, all this space and just me and my new roommate to enjoy) My home is the epitome of peace. You can sit outside on the second floor balcony and watch the Deer and Turkey play, or look out for my favorite eagle while he does fly overs. My neighborhood definitely has a safe hometown feel, yet it is only a few miles from Richmond International Airport; The interstate is also close by. I rarely have any visitors due to my family being over a thousand miles away and my not knowing others in the area. You’ll enjoy the very tidy home I keep. I am a very easy person to get along with. My prior roommate recently moved out of town for work and we are still best friends. (I literally cried when she left) I was blessed to have had a roommate that loved this property as much as I do. I am looking for a professional roommate for 1+-12 month lease. I prefer someone whom shares my ideology of a tranquil home environment. My home is definitely a place you’d love to call home and you can be assured it will be a welcoming place to come home to after a long day at work. Single occupancy only. No pets.
