I’m a single 33 year old female entrepreneur. I work from my home office 5 days a week. Living in my home are 2 marmoset monkeys and one small 10lbs dog . I’m looking for a roommate because I enjoy having someone to talk to from time to time, watch a show with, eat dinner with, etc… So if you’re the social type, we’ll likely get along very well. If you’re the quiet type, that’s fine too.

My preference is to find a roommate within 10 years of my age (23-43), who has a stable job/career, their own transportation, and pays their bills on-time (or early). No pets, no couples, no drug addicts/alcoholics and no cigarette smokers (420 is fine). If you have ever had a cold sore (herpes outbreak) I would be unable to rent to you as this virus is fatal to my monkeys.

Welcome to your new waterfront home located directly on the Hillsboro canal. The lot features a large back yard enclosed via a 6’ privacy fence. The house is 3 minutes from I-95 which makes commuting a breeze, 5 minutes from the beach and only 8-10 minutes from FAU.

Everything you could want is within 5-10 minutes whether fancy dining in Boca, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, the Boca mall, Post office, banks, Publix, the beach etc… And because the house is located less than a mile from city hall, we are also on the city power grid which means we almost never lose power during a storm (like Irma).

For rent is a single 10’ x 9.5’ bedroom with a small walk-in closet that has it’s own bathroom with shower located directly across the hall. Aside from these two areas there is a full sized refrigerator in the garage where you may store all your groceries and a separate laundry room as well you may use. You have access to the entire house (less my room) which is fully furnished and 1 parking spot in the driveway. The bedroom is also presently furnished, but you are not required to use my furniture if you prefer your own. Included with rent are all utilities (electric, cable internet, water, sewer, garbage). I also have a massage chair which you can use at your leisure and a nice home theater for watching tv/movies.

So bring your paddleboard or kayak and upgrade to life on the water.
