This is a room in a single-family home. The bedroom has hardwood floors and a closet. There is an additional small room with closet adject to your bedroom that would be yours exclusively as well. The house has two bathrooms, one exclusively designated for the rented room. Your bedroom, spare room and bathroom are together on the first floor. My bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor. The kitchen is shared with full usage of everything in it. Shared free laundry is in the dry basement, and additional storage space is available. One off-street parking space comes with the room. The house has a mudroom just off the kitchen, which we use as the primary entry and can also be used for bike storage. The house is in a quieter neighborhood, and the 87 bus line runs through the street. All utilities and wifi are included.

I’m the only other person in the home. I’m in my 50s and a government employee. I do have a dog, but I don’t have visitors often. I am very friendly and easygoing. I tend to keep to myself. I don’t smoke (including pot). I’m also not a big drinker. That said, I’d like a roommate whose lifestyle is probably closer to mine. I’m a homebody. I like to cook, watch movies, or do my own thing.
