I have an extra bedroom in my 4 bedroom and 2 bath Ranch style home available for rent. It can come either furnished or unfurnished (your choice). You would share the house with (me) the homeowner. You would have full access to the kitchen, laundry room, garage, living room, sunroom. “Mi Casa Su Casa”. I have extra room for storage and there is plenty of parking. The rental agreement would be on a month to month basis. I’m looking for a single female occupancy only who works outside the home. Utilities are included in the monthly rent.
