The space is furnished with a very cozy and comfortable contemporary queen bed, large walk-in closet and large dresser.

There is a laundry room, and garage space, a private back yard and a small yard in the front.

The house features curved ceilings and doorways, large windows that allow for tons of light, floor to ceiling windows, a large living room with fireplace, and a 50’s-style kitchen. Central heating and AC. Washer + Dryer available for use.

Walkable to University of Oregon. Short walk to the glorious Rhododendron garden and Laurelwood Golf course.

I am an educator and private consultant with two kids (9 and 12) that are with me 2 nights a week. We’ll be spending a lot of time out and about during the summer, and the kids will be on the east coast for more than a month and a half.
