Rent paid through February! That’s a free couple weeks of rent.

This is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The new roommate would be moving into the master bedroom, complete with personal three-quarter bathroom (no tub, but a double-head shower, as well as two sinks–perfect for couples!) and walk-in closet. The new roommate will also have open access to living spaces, the in-unit washer/dryer, and even working fireplace!

As for shared spaces, the living room, dining room, and kitchen are all quite spacious! Some of our furniture will be staying, but we can work with you based on what you’re planning on bringing.

Part of the price also pays for the apartment complex itself. You’ll have access to two pools, a dry sauna, an exercise room, and a free off-street parking spot. The staff are friendly and able to resolve any problems quickly.

My spouse got a sweet job offer, so we are looking for someone to take over our lease! The lease ends June 22, 2020, though you are always welcome to extend it. As we move out, we are leaving you with our wonderful roommate, Kim! She is a massage therapist with an adorable cat, Prim. Kim is quiet, reliable, and generous. Her biggest expectations of a future roommate are that they 1) are respectful of privacy and 2) don’t have a problem with cats. :) Women and non-binary people welcome, including lesbian/enby couples.
