Renting a large (130 square feet in 1400 square feet house) bedroom including a foldable queen mattress/sofa, rug, 20 square feet large mirrored closet, and a nice view in a quite and nice neighborhood close to the Huntington Beach. The home is close to Magnolia and Adams, has pool and sport court in the community . The home is ideally located near shopping, restaurants, ocean and easy access to the interstate. We are an educated young couple and want to rent our bedroom to a quiet, responsible and working person; $800 deposit and month by month payment. Room has bed and you can bring your room furniture. ALL Utilities (Water, gas, electricity, Wifi internet) are included. Furnished with bed/sofa & rug. You can also bring your own furniture. Males preferred. Rent to 1 Person ONLY! Full-time employed or have full-time job (Need proof of employment/income). No pets, No smoking, No drug, No heavy drinker, No late or noisy parties. Need good references. If you are interested, let’s have a quick phone call. As you know we are in a pandemic so we would have a call before you visiting the room. Then, if everything goes well, you need to complete an application form. Potential Roommate: A friendly person who values respect, kindness, cleanliness, organization, and is drama free. Must be responsible with job/income & good references. Subject to background checks. We are okay with the roommate having friend who stays over one or two nights a week.
