You have private bedroom w your own bathroom (w shower + bath).

Share full laundry + half a garage for your storage.

I am full time employed w military background and occasionally my daughter visits. I read about spirituality and law of attraction and mostly stay in my bedroom watching TV or playing online games.

Positive attitude non-smokers only. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE

MOVE IN ON APRIL 15 requires: First and last rent (1/2 April is $295 + $590) plus damage deposit of 300.00. (total move-in on April 15th = $1185.00). Employment and background references required.

DOG OR CAT may be OK in special situations w additional damage arrangement. Absolutely no chronic barkers
