Riverwalk Drive

Brand new neighborhood right off 281 in Bulverde. Looking for someone with a laidback and calm lifestyle to rent out one of the rooms. The room will have a bathroom right next door to the bedroom. Kitchen and living room area will be shared. The house will be furnished with my furniture except the room being rented out. The house is new and will be finished sometime this summer (exact date is unknown). I’m a teacher and live a casual lifestyle. My roommate must be okay with pets; I have a one year old Australian Shepherd and an older black cat. I would prefer for my roommate to not have any pets.
