I have a bedroom and living area
With own bathroom, separate entrance, in my basement in the Park Hill neighborhood.
The spot is semi furnished, can round some stuff up if needed.
It’s in the Quebec and Montview area so it’s easy to get to I 70, 225, and easy access to the Airport and Anschutz.
About the roomies
I’m a HVAC tech and single dad, my son stays with me a few days a week. In the back of the house there’s a house extension where my retired mom lives. I’m a laid back guy, keep busy with work, do some martial arts (judo, bjj), biking and going to watch my son at his swim meets. Looking for a considerate, good natured person, that is a good communicator and team player. This is a good spot for a college student, nurse, DIA worker, or someone moving to Denver.
