About the room
Single family house. Your own bathroom. Upstairs. No animals. I have 3 bedrooms. 1 master with your own bathroom that you do not have to share rent $800. I have 2 more rooms rent 600 each but you will have to share a bathroom if the other room gets rented. If the room does not get rented the rent will be $700. Utilities electric & water $100 per month.
About the roomies
My son will be living in the house. You will pay & utilities to him each month. Rent is due by the 5th of the month. On the 6th there will be a late fee.
