SAFE, quiet, comfortable home share in historic district of North Tonawanda close to everything. Built in 1895, house is x-large with good-sized rooms and tastefully furnished common areas. Lots of historic charm inside with some updates. One huge full bath up and half bath down. Two refrigerators in kitchen for shared use. Lots of privacy.

Great central location between Buffalo, Amherst, and Niagara Falls. 7 miles from UB North campus. One block from Metro bus. Off-street parking available for one car per room. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, if preferred. Walking distance to downtown NT attractions, recreation, restaurants, entertainment, farmers market, waterfront, and bike trails.

Whether you’re interested in sharing my space for a month, a semester or a year or longer, leases are month to month. $700 includes EVERYTHING (utilities, internet, cleaning common areas, paper products, some pantry items, etc.), plus a $250 security deposit. Know what it means to be a good roommate and we all benefit from the communal living arrangement. About the roomies

I guess I am kinda’ like the friendly house mom here but way cooler. I travel frequently in between bouts of being a homebody. I appreciate my roomies. Currently one other male roomie who is never home, with room for two more roomies. There are 2 resident cats, Osiris and Horus, so no other pets please.
