Spare bedroom for rent starting on July, 22,2026. Separate bathrooms, large double closet and fully furnished with 2 dressers, bed(queen size), 2 night stands. I do have 2 Pomeranian dog(small 15 lbs 12“ tall, 7 lbs 10“ tall) on site. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom is the guest bathroom, but will be rarely used except by the renter. Kitchen, dining room, living room and rest of house is shared, there is also laundry on site. Must pass background check for Harvest Manor ($50? non refundable). We have a clubhouse and a pool. Also I have wifi and TV with streaming a few. free apps. There is electric heat and central AC.

I am 59 and have a couple of health problems. I clean up after myself and I am looking for a roommate that is the same way. I have no preference on sex or sexuality. Quiting smoking but do occasionally only smoke outside, no smoking inside(never smoked inside) and I do drink occasionally. There are also currently cameras(outside only) and a security system in the house. There is electric heat and central AC.
