Quiet area mostly retired people. Some families. Occasionally you will hear air traffic from the air force base nearby. There is an HOA but fees are included. I am very glad to have someone share the common areas. However, in terms of empty space I only have 1 bedroom to offer. No additional space for anything outside the room.

I’m in my mid 50’s and I live with my two canine friends. Both friendly but vocal. A 90lb American bulldog and a rat terroir approximately 15lbs. Unfortunately, they do not get along with other animals.
