I am a 28 yr old female teacher looking for a roommate. Beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor overlooking the mountains in Lake Elsinore. Right across from a shopping center with many restaraunts and a grocery store as well as close access (5 minutes driving) to the 15 freeway. You will have your own side of the apartment, including your own FULLY FURNISHED bathroom and patio as well as the common areas, such as in unit washer and dryer, family room, bar, and kitchen. The bedroom is empty so you can bring your own furniture and comes with a walk-in closet. I am very clean and ask that you are as well. I do not smoke, I have no kids or pets, am very quiet, and will keep the common area clean. All bills will be split in addition to rent. The complex also has a 24 hour gym, an office area, and a resort style pool and Jacuzzi. 😆
