The unit is located near the Norwalk Square shopping center and is minutes away from Cerritos College and Gerdes Park. Great neighborhood. Home includes a gym. Access to washer and dryer. Access to backyard for relaxation. Private fridge in bedroom. There’s a gaming console (PS5) for entertainment in common area/main living room. Bi-weekly cleaning service. Unfortunately, there is no personal parking, however, parking is not an issue as there’s plenty of street parking. Security cameras are placed in and outside the home for your assurance of safety and security.

Furnished room includes; Bed, TV and a dresser (see photos 📸).

NOTE: There will be a larger unfurnished room ready for move-in by May 11th for $1,500.00 per month. See photos 📸 attached (Unfurnished Room).
