Private downstairs room for rent in 3 bedroom townhouse. 8 minute drive to the beach. One person only. Perfect for Students or younger working professionals. We are a no drama, non smokers household. Must be okay with hypoallergenic dogs. The room is not furnished but you can borrow a air mattress if you need. Bathroom is shared with one other person but they only use the shower. All counter space, cabinets, ect in the bathroom you can use fully. Rent is $850 with utilities included (water, electricity, wifi ect). $400 deposit. You also have a private parking space. Safe community, never had a disturbance from any neighbors. Current renter was here for 3 years and is now moving out of state. We stick to our own business and are easy to get a long with.

Family household of a mother and son. We are easy going, working professionals. My son enjoys video games and playing sports, while I enjoy watching movies and playing with my dog. We keep to ourselves and would not bother the renter.
