Deposit is 500/ea room. Cats and small dogs ok with additional deposit. Apt complex requires credit check, $50 application fee and must make 3x apt rent amount or have co-signer who does.

Hi I’m Katie (24) & I’m finishing my teacher credential program this spring. My 2 roommates are moving on this summer so there are 2 rooms & the guest bath available.
