Rooms to rent Los Alamos/Western Area, one mile from LANL; beginning July 1, 2026; as tenant bought a house.

Several fully furnished standard rooms available from $895 to $1,495 a month, with refundable damage/security deposit of $895 to $1,495 (depending on the room you rent; deposit is same amount as room for clarity); and for larger (350 sq. ft).

Rent includes all utilities, two dishes of WiFi internet (Starlink so perfect for gamers and streamers, folks that work from home etc.), private mini fridge (as well as kitchen fridge as well), washer/dryer in the home, and maid services weekly; rooms are fully furnished, and all included perks: toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soaps, laundry detergent, laundry boosters, dish soap, dish detergent, towels, bedding (aka linens, pillows) all all covered with the rental payment, no hidden fees; all trash bags and refuse is covered in rental payment as well.

House common areas can be used by tenants and their guests; this will be your home and I want you as comfortable as possible. If you desire to bring your own linens or body products you’re free to do so, that’s totally fine and acceptable.

Plenty of on/off street parking available at the home as well, so no long walks.

Bus stop is literally 100 feet from my front door, so easy and beneficial access.
