About the room
Home is located in the Alameda neighborhood just 4 blocks from Alberta Arts District. Great neighborhood of pretty much all single family homes. Home has a great quiet serene backyard a studio for work or creative space available. I have a 2 year old non-shedding bernedoodle dog. I work from home. Very neat and organized like to find a like minded guy to share space with. Bedroom is located on first floor and has a nice size walk in closet. Can be furnished or not. My bedroom is on second floor.
About the roomies
Iām a 59 year old single gay guy with a 3 year old dog. I work from home and enjoy working in the yard and cooking/baking. From time to time I take weekend trips and/or visits home to Bay Area.
