• The room comes with 1 queen bed & mattress and 2 stand nights. Closet in room.
• Rent $600/room. One person per room.
• Minimum 6 months lease.
• Private bathroom and kitchen.
• Separate entry. In-unit laundry. Laundry no more than once a week.
• We are one professional who work from home while the other is a student pursuing a bachelor degree. Both are friendly, respectful, communicative, clean freaks, quiet, not party persons, no smoking, no drinking. We are looking for working professionals or students as roommates, 575-600 credit score minimum, employer and background verification.
• Strictly no smoking at all. NO PARTY. Overnight guest MUST be discussed with owners. No pets. Designated parking.
• Clean Up after your self. Renters responsible for your own cleaning supplies.
