About the room
Quaint room in a 4B/2BA that my 2 kids and I live in. Seeking a mature, quiet, friendly, respectful individual to rent my room to. Room is in the front of the house away from the other bedrooms. Shared bathroom however you will have your own sink and cabinets sharing is not a problem as my kids could use mine. Will make space in kitchen for your stuff, must buy your own food and help with items such as toliet paper, napkins etc. We are a nice family with a cat and dog. We arent home much but when we are we are a tight knit family whose quiet, clean and respectful. Females only. Must be respectful with shared space. TIA:)
About the roomies
45 year old mother and 2 elementary aged kids. We are a nice and quiet family We do have a 3 year old Mini Ausssie and 13 year old cat who sleeps most of day. Neighborhood is very nice, safe and quiet. Close to 183 and 121
