Shared apartment is located on the 1st floor, with balcony. The balcony overlooks the walking trail/park area. Laminate floors in living room and bedrooms. Room is on separate side of the apartment therefore we are rarely in each other’s space. Large community, with walking trail/park in the middle of the community. Outdoor community pool behind the building, short walking distance. Pool is shared amongst 2 buildings. There are other pools for other buildings, therefore the pool is never crowded. The community is located near the Turnpike and 15-20 minutes drive from Broward mall, Coral Springs Mall, and Sawgrass Mills Mall.
About the roomies
