You can bike to W&M campus, New Town, grocery stores and other shops. Owner resides in unit and keeps home well-maintained, new flooring, newer appliances, quarterly pest control, all new interior paint, etc. Ample off-street parking. Additional storage space on private patio.

About the roomies

Owner is a retiree who enjoys gardening and football season. She has two small dogs who stay on the first floor and are crate trained. Unfortunately that is the max allowance by HOA rules, so no other pets can join us at this time. Second roommate is a very kind and quiet young professional (male).
