You will be taking over my lease, and once you enter the lease, I will be removed from it. The apartment does not require a security deposit, so you won’t have to worry about paying one.

💰 Rent & Fees: Your Rent (Master Bedroom): $825/month

Additional Fees (you will be splitting with the roommate): $70 community fee & $7.50 admin service fee $15 Liability Waiver fee

Utilities (you will be splitting with the roommate): Electricity (billed by CPWS), Water & Wastewater (billed by the apartment), & Internet (at&t).

The total price for this place comes down to about $950 per person for everything.

Lease Requirement: Must get your name added to the lease. The lease runs until Feb 16, 2026.
