Garage parking is available on a first come first served basis for a $50 monthly fee. The parking lot next to the house is also available with plenty of space. All shared supplies such as trash bags, dishwashing pods, paper towels, and cleaning supplies are included. Additional storage space is also available as requested!

~about the rooms~ The Room is available for one person only. The deposit is $750. Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee and $50 pet rent per month, No smoking indoors, Lease terms: 3, 6, or 12 months. All of the rooms upstairs rooms are carpeted and share a bathroom.

~Home location~ This home is just off of North Marksheffel and has quick access to the highway and Powers, so getting anywhere in the Springs in a short time is very feasible.

By car, this home is located: 5 minutes from CommonSpirit St. Francis Hospital, 13 minutes from First & Main Town Center with plenty of eating, shopping, and entertainment like movies, 16 minutes from Peterson SFB, 25 minutes from Schriever SFB, and 25 minutes from Downtown Colorado Springs.

Currently three roomies live in the home with one cat and one dog. We are a very chill group that gets along well.
