Separate entrances for both floors. Kevin is a 40ish yo man, with a 9-5 job. He likes the outdoors, entertaining, and his 5 yo dog, Georgie. She is the sweetest pitty mix you will ever meet, so you must love dogs. The room available in April includes the entire downstairs; bedroom, private bathroom, and living area. You will share the kitchen upstairs and laundry room downstairs. The room available in July is a separate, 450 sq ft studio apartment. This includes the shared laundry room in the main house and access to the courtyard.
