Come join me in my cute retro ranch house on an acre of land in Odenton, MD. The location is perfect as it has easy access to the highway and can get you to Annapolis in 20 minutes and Baltimore in 30 minutes and it’s about a 10 minute drive from Fort Meade. There is also a shopping center with a grocery store and restaurants with in walking distance.

The room can come furnished or not. All utilities included in rent. I have a sweet border collie mix dog and consider pets on a case my case basis

All leases are month to month.

No smoking is allowed on the property

My usual applicant process includes

1. Fill out prescreening survey telling me a little more about yourself.
2. Showing property once pre approved and getting to know each other to see if we are a good fit as roomies.
3. Collecting a $35 application fee for the formal application. You will provide proof of income and landlord references if needed and application info will be used for the background check
4. Signing a lease if you pass background check.

Please note: For Students looking to rent whose parents will be paying the rent, they will need to be a consigned on your lease and their financial information provided for consideration, including credit score and proof of annual income. I rent to 1 person per room, so for couples looking for a place you will need to rent both of the room I have available
