About the room
Hi! I have a 4 bedroom townhome located in Golden, Colorado. I am currently residing in one of the rooms and have 1 roommate currently. Looking to fill the other spot and if someone else moves out, to fill that as well. I own a very friendly and semi-high energy dog. There is a dishwasher, washer/drying in the unit. There is a large pantry, a mud room that connects the garage to the main area of the house, and a gas stove. There are two car spots in the garage, and then two car spots in the driveway. Everything is furnished except for the room you would be renting! There is also an unfurnished basement that we usually use for storage but also has an extra bed used for guests.
About the roomies
My roommate is a Mines master student. We are both pretty clean and like to keep the common spaces as clean as possible. I have a husky mix dog that sheds a lot so I try and vacuum once a week to mitigate that.
