Large sunny room perfect for one person, approximately 250 sq ft, with 15’ x 15’ main area, 3-piece bathroom with sink, toilet and full-size walk-in shower. No kitchen sink, but a kitchenette type area with cupboards, microwave, burner plate, toaster/air fryer, mini fridge and additional freezer. Rent includes furnished room, utilities, wi-fi, and combination heat/ac unit. No laundry. Lots of windows, laminate flooring. Large yard and patio area. This is an older home, so I would appreciate a kind soul with a caring conscious. A great neighborhood for taking walks. Semi-rural area, close access to the 15 frwy and Clinton Keith. Plenty of street parking. Absolutely No smoking of anything. No overnight guests.

I am retired and enjoy being a homebody. I have a medium-size dog who is good at protecting my home by barking (he does eventually get to know you).
