Room is perfect for one person, approximately 250 sq ft, with 15’ x 15’ main area, 3-piece bathroom with sink, toilet and full-size walk-in shower. Large counter area with cupboards and microwave, burner plate, mini fridge and freezer. Furniture includes full size bed, dresser, table. Room has a combination heat/ac unit. Utilities and wi-fi included. Lots of windows, laminate flooring. Large yard and patio area, beautiful sunny vista. This is an older home, so I would appreciate a kind soul with a caring conscious. A great neighborhood for taking walks. Close access to the 15 frwy and Clinton Keith shopping areas. Plenty of street parking. Absolutely No smoking of anything. No overnight guests.

I am a retired lady who enjoys being a homebody. I have a medium size doggie who is good at protecting by barking at whoever approaches our home (he does eventually get to know you). I am a quiet type, a goal setter, artistic, mildly fussy, interested in things of historical value. My values are honesty, communication and fairness.
