About the room

I am looking for a professional man to rent a room from me. Utilities included. The house is 2 min from I-91. The room is fully furnished. It is a small room, low ceiling, height 6’ 3“, and as seen in the pictures, lower near the head of the bed. Room is on the second floor, shared bathroom is on the first floor.

House is relatively quiet. I say relatively quiet except for the passing planes overhead or train half a mile away and a fire station that has a siren that goes off once or twice a day. Also I may be heard yelling at my cat to get off tables or laughing with my friends when they come over. But it is on a dead end street with the bedroom facing the woods. I prefer peace and quiet and who ever I will let live with me should be like that too. The house has central air so no loud window unit needed. Internet is fiber optic so it’s extremely fast. Opportunity for storage in basement with dehumidifier down there.

No alcohol, tobacco or marijuana based products, or drugs of any kind on the property. This place is ideal for those who are sober and wish to remain so. No visiting guests allowed. No cooking of especially odorous foods. I have the rent relatively low for these special requirements I need from you.

About the roomies

There are two other middle-aged guys living in the house. They both are away during the day for work. They rarely have guests over. The one across from this room has a cat living in his room. All the tenants share the kitchen, bathroom, common areas, etc.
