About the room
Private bedroom (can be unfurnished) in a newer build. In Rutledge Estates. Perfect for those working at BMW Woodruff, or commuting to Greer, Five Forks, or Spartanburg (all 20 to 30 mins away), or a nearby healthcare system.
Application Process: To keep everyone in the house safe and comfortable, I require a background check and proof of income (paystub/offer letter/etc.). You can provide a recent background check from your employer, or we can run one through Roomies ($15) or LeaseRunner ($17).
Holding the Room: If you’d like me to take the listing down and hold the room for you, you can pay $50 as a holding fee that will go toward the $300 deposit (so $250 remaining paid when moving in), but that $50 won’t be refundable if you change your mind.
About the roomies
I live in the master and rent out the other rooms. There are currently two professional adult males who you would share the bathroom with, but there are two sinks.
