Hi, I have one room available with a shared bath for rent in a 3bd/2ba house. The rent is $800/month which includes utilities and a $800 deposit. MUST HAVE DEPOSIT AND 1ST MONTH’S RENT TO MOVE IN. Lease is month to month. No smoking. Fully fenced backyard. Plenty of storage space in the basement with washer and dryer.

Pets allowed at ONE TIME fee of $100/pet max 2 pets per person (can be revoked if pet causes damage or is disruptive to neighborhood). I have a very friendly dog. He’s good with other dogs. The rescue I got him from said he’s good with cats. I do not have a cat to verify this but am happy to have him do a meet-and-greet with your cat if needed.

I’m a grad student at Notre Dame so I spend most of my time on campus. I’m pretty quiet and hang out in my room or the kitchen table but happy to chat. Current roommate living with me is also a female student. She’s also very quiet and clean. Please reach out with any questions!

I am a grad student at Notre Dame, so I’ll be pretty busy once the semester starts. I’m quiet and usually keep to myself and am happy to give you privacy/space. I have a pet gecko that lives in my room and doesn’t smell or make noise. I also have a senior dog who is very friendly and mostly sleeps all day. He’s my responsibility, so don’t worry about having to take care of him. He’s dog friendly and supposably cat friendly, but I haven’t had a cat here to confirm this.

The other roommate living here is also a female student. She’s very quiet and tidy. We both appreciate someone respectful of noise during late hours due to having school and homework.
